Introducing “Ethereal Visions,” Open Window’s new fantasy photoshoot series.
Join us for "Tea with the Fae," a whimsical picnic and portrait experience nestled in the heart of nature. Led by the ever-charming Miss Primrose, this midsummer gathering brings the world of the fae to life. Sip herbal tea and savor delicate pastries as music and laughter drift through the air. Expect gentle mischief, surprise activities, and delightful details hidden just beyond the veil!
Throughout the afternoon, each guest will be summoned for a private 20-minute photoshoot with one of our two talented photographers — Flambe Media and Heartbound Media. Capture your most enchanted self among the glades, grasses, and golden light! Each guest receives 3 professionally edited portraits, with the option to purchase more.
Attire:
Come as your truest mythic self—fae, nymph, fawn, elf, woodland witch, enchanted human, or something entirely your own. Fantasy-themed attire is highly encouraged.
LOCATION: Accokeek, MD
Private 12-acre farm (address provided to ticket holders)
Doors open 3:30pm
Please arrive by 4:oopm
Festivities wrap up at 8:00pm as the sun sets
Weather Policy: This will be an OUTDOOR event! In case of inclement weather, tea will be moved indoors or into a covered area. If weather affects the ability to complete the photoshoots, guests will have the options of a refund $100 or of a $100 credit towards the next Ethereal Visions Photoshoot gathering.

Food and drink will include baked goods, tea sandwiches, tea, juice, and bubbly.

The photoshoots, which typically range from $250-400, are the special attractions of this gathering! However, we may release a handful of reduced-price “tea only” tickets. This will be decided closer to the date.
